Assessment Center

The first step in the improvement of people’s performances is to make an accurate diagnosis of the situation and get insight into why progress is not moving faster. We diagnose the individual competencies, characteristics and team dynamics. We identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities through comprehensive assessment tools.

We established our own in-house Assessment Center more than a decade ago. Trained professionals perform the assessments of competencies and skills of the candidates. The online and offline assessments include structured interviews, role-play, face-to-face simulations, case studies, leaderless group discussions, and personality and cognitive tests. Our extensive database holds manager and non-manager profiles and functions as a comparison to any new assessment.

Based on the analysis of the outcomes we make a diagnosis and recommend solutions to optimize the potential and improve productivity of the people in an organization. We combine the diagnosis with our consultancy models to propose post assessment interventions.
